For more than two decades, Seth has led the evolution of PAIRS (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills), the nation’s first comprehensive relationship skills training program. Under his leadership, PAIRS has expanded its impact across the U.S. and abroad, offering experiential education that empowers individuals, couples, families, and communities to thrive.
Seth's pioneering work includes the creation of the YODI app, an AI-powered relationship mentor helping people connect with empathy, emotional safety, and purpose — anytime, anywhere. He’s also the force behind the IronBond initiative, a federally-funded fatherhood program that supports men in strengthening their relationships with their children, partners, and themselves.
